- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- You will receive an order confirmation once your order is successfully placed
Shipping Locations
Currently, Truerider India ships across India. Delivery availability may vary based on location and courier service coverage.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout
- Any additional charges such as COD fees (if available) will be clearly mentioned before payment
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, Truerider India is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers. In the event of a lost shipment, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout. Truerider India will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Packages
If the outer packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery, please inspect the product before accepting it. In case of visible damage, report it to the delivery personnel and contact our customer support team within 48 hours.
International Shipping
At present, Truerider India does not offer international shipping. This policy will be updated if international shipping becomes available.
