Refund and Returns Policy
At Truerider India, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in designing and delivering high-quality riding backpacks. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product
Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Clearance sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Products returned after the eligible return window
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support team with your order details
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
Ship the product back in its original packaging
Once received and inspected, the return will be processed
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers may return an eligible product and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Truerider India reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
